What is Hypnosis? 
Hypnosis is a natural method of altering someone’s state of consciousness, you will not lose awareness or control, in fact your awareness is heightened. Hypnosis is the single most powerful psychotherapeutic tool for breaking the negative trance states of Depression and Anxiety. It can help with Stress, Confidence, Smoking, Weight Loss, Phobias, Panic Attacks, Coping with Change . . . and much more. 
 
The therapist guides you into a relaxed trance state by the sound of their voice. It is not the same as sleep.

Is it Safe?
